Development
and implementation of the quality management system (QMS) has lasted for more
than two years. QMS introduction let the rest home patients get more services
of higher quality. Market relations have been established in health-resort sphere
as well as in other. Creation of new health-resort enterprises and modernization
of the existing ones have forwarded the new requirements.
The clients' satisfaction in health-resort sphere is connected not only with
spa, fresh air, medical procedures but also with the patients' satisfaction
in the service quality. More emphasis has been put on friendly and careful attitude
of the staff to the patients, time of procedure waiting (punctuality), creating
the new climate for recovery.
New quality level of services is connected with approach to the clients' servicing on the basis of the new methods of quality management. Excepting the new methods of the quality management on the basis of ISO 9001:2000 standard and overall quality monitoring (TQM) will help the health-resort enterprises and attract not only national but also foreign clients.
